It has earned the nickname “The Woman's Oil", due to its benefits for women's health, especially for mentrual pains, acne, muscular pain and calming the nerves as well as helping the digestive system and Premenstrual Symptoms (PMS).

常用方法 Common Use:
Clary Sage Essential Oil is used in aromatherapy to help relieve premenstrual tension (PMS), menopausal symptoms and to help calm nerves. It has astringent properties and is beneficial for oily skin and scalp conditions. Topical use by mixing 2 drops in 3ml of carrier oil, apply locally 3 times a day.
It is also suitable for essential oil diffusers, potpourri, as a blending ingredient for adding pure essential oil essence to massage oil, perfume, bath oil, bath salt, bath and shower gels, spa treatment oils and creams, soap making, candle making.

Store in a closed container at a dry and cool place. Away from direct heat and sunlight. Refrigeration is not necessary.
